Some Basic Things Every CRA Should Do At Every Interim Monitoring Visit In Clinical Research

Interim Monitoring Visits (IMVs) are the most common type of Monitoring Visit that a CRA will conduct and they require as much preparation as any other visit. When a CRA is conducting an IMV the focus will either be Source Data Review (SDR) or Source Data Verification (SDV). Additionally, the CRA must provide support to the site so that any open action items or unanswered queries are resolved.
